Who Is The Judge

In 1 Corinthians 5, Paul makes it clear that someone openly sinning against God and the church should be removed from the congregation. Paul says to judge that man. But I thought we were told by Jesus to not judge? How can both be true? They can and we will discuss this viewer question on Bible Time today.
